Reserve the Penthouse
Do I really have to reserve the Common Room?
Nah. Especially if you're just hanging out, studying, reading, or whatever.
There's no authority, no permission given or taken away. We just let each other know our intentions and preferences, like if we are inviting people over on a particular night for a certain event.
It's all about being good neighbors, and making it easy for all of us to get the most out of living here together at The Grosvenor.
I see the PH is reserved, or I didn't know the PH was reserved, but I really wanted to go out on the roof deck!
Fine. A reservation never means excluding fellow tenants, and we all get that.
